We do our own drafting and design in-house. Bring your “napkin sketches”, full plans, or the vision in your head - we can take these seeds and grow your ideas piece by piece until they all work together.

You can choose from plans that have worked well for others or let us customize a completely unique set just for you. 

FIND THE RIGHT LOCATION

Whether you already have your own lot or choose to build on one of ours, we can make sure it will work with your lifestyle.

During planning we will take into consideration all needs, including site-specific needs such as placement and orientation on the lot. We'll discuss keys like sunrise/sunset, the view you’d like to have from each window, etc.

DESIGN

Each of our clients have unique needs, preferences, tastes, and desires. We work with our own designer and can gather your ideas and make them work with the latest innovations and styles.

Share your inspirations with us from a magazines or online sources. We can help tie it all together on the interior and exterior.

DOES IT TAKE LONGER TO BUILD A CUSTOM HOME?

There is a lot of planning, and choices by the homeowner, that go into building a custom home. However, if the builders, designers, and the client all have a clear plan and strategy before breaking ground on the home, the process can move along swiftly! 

We average approximately 12 months from excavation to finish.
